AFIC seeks to hire a consultant to develop a Contracts Monitoring TOTs manual for CSOs involved in promoting accountability in public contracting in Uganda in Uganda.
The manual will guide CSOs on the concept of open contracting, specifically on disclosure, citizen participation and continuous feedback between respective public procurement and disposing entities (PDEs) on the promotion of performance of public contracts.
