Report on the Status of Whistleblower Projection in Kenya, Mauritius, South Sudan and Uganda

While international instruments are making inroads in defining the
standards for protection, many legislations do not distinguish between
whistleblowers and informants. The lack of distinction and clarity
in legislations deprives legitimate whistleblowers of protection and
promotes the development of policies that are of general application.
