Findings from an AFIC study indicate that 44% of the respondents reported that they access information on radio, 22% from neighbours by word of mouth while others got it from television. The report also indicated that 12% of the respondents got information from meetings and gatherings, 6% from social media and 5% from newspapers. In effect, information that is passed onto citizens online or on notice boards may not easily be accessed by the citizens.
